Amber Bolen combines extensive radiation protection experience with a background in technical education, workforce development, and professional training. Her career includes work within the Department of Energy nuclear complex and other technical and regulatory environments.
With a master's degree in Human Resources Training and Development, Amber brings a particular interest in how adults learn, how technical concepts can be communicated effectively, and how professionals build new capabilities.
As an instructor and co-founder of BIE Academy, she focuses on helping students understand challenging material, strengthen their problem-solving abilities, and approach professional certification with greater confidence.
